Yoor. Founder’s Journey

Vision

Optimal Health & Wellbeing, Global Impact.

Mission

Helping people live healthier lives using proactive Generative AI
Creating a uniquely personalized health and weight management wellness solution,
making it easy for everyone to be happy and healthy.

Hypothesis

After experiencing the frustration of repeatedly gaining and losing 60-70 pounds since 2013,
where I primarily focused on running rather than nutrition and healthy portion sizes. When Generative AI (GenAI) became public, I created a meal plan proof-of-concept (POC) testing Yoor. COACH. The Yoor. COACH POC optimized and prioritized personalized nutrition over intensive exercise. The Yoor. COACH POC only uses a few metrics, like Weight, BMI, and Blood Pressure.

This led to significant weight loss, blood pressure reduction from stage 2 hypertension to normal levels, and the discontinuation of blood pressure medication within 10 months.

My experience suggests that a sustainable, nutrition-focused approach, even with limited exercise, can be particularly effective for achieving long-term health improvements, especially when previous attempts focused heavily on exercise without addressing dietary habits.

This approach, and the potential of a more comprehensive system like Yoor. COACH will make it easier to get healthier and have a better sense of wellbeing.

This is a journey, not a destination.

This is the log of the journey of one participant, the Founder.
